This is a big day for Cryptic House LLC. We’ve closed on our first commercial property, 44-46 Main Street in Orono. It’s a late 19th century structure, built from huge wooden beams and a massively thick foundation. This diamond in the rough has housed dozens of families and vibrant downtown businesses over the years, and is one of the most well known and visible buildings in Orono. We have fittingly nicknamed it “The Overlook”.

Over the next five years we will be revitalizing this building with the most modern amenities for our tenants and a gorgeously redesigned exterior that will capture the attention of everyone who drives by.

This will be an exciting journey, and it starts today.
