We have just closed on a new property, 91 Mill Street in Orono. This 4,984 sqft mansion was built decades before the Civil War, and was maintained immaculately by the previous owners. Once we’ve completed our winter renovations of the property, Hill House will be the new home of Cryptic House LLC’s office, a rental apartment, and our residence.

This is truly one of the most beautiful buildings in downtown Orono, and we’re very pleased to add it to our growing portfolio of properties.
